Section 40

The Telangana Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008.State Act of Telangana · Act 38 of 2008

(1) Any question as to the liability of the tramway operator for payment of compensation or as to the person to whom such compensation is payable shall be determined by an order of the Claims Commissioner.

(2) Every order made under sub-section (1) shall be final.
