Section 79

The Telangana Municipal Tramways (Construction, Operation and Maintenance) Act, 2008.State Act of Telangana · Act 38 of 2008

(1) If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions incorporated in the Act, the State Government may, by order, not inconsistent with such provisions of this Act, remove the difficulty:

Provided that no such order shall be made, after the expiry of a period of two years from the commencement of this Act.

(2) Every order made under this section shall be laid before each House of the State Legislature.

80. The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in any other enactment or in any instrument having effect by virtue of any law other than this Act.
