Every employer shall furnish to all employees with the Letters of Appointment, with the photograph of the employee in Form-XXVI affixed thereon and obtain acknowledgement in token of having served also the said letter. He shall prepare the Letter of Appointment in triplicate, issue the original copy to the employee, retain the duplicate copy with him and the triplicate copy shall be handed over to the Inspector of the area concerned.
