Section 10: Medical Fitness Certificate

These regulations may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regul…State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2016

All eligible candidates shall furnish a medical fitness certificate before appointment as may be required by the Authority, except candidates on deputation and on contract.
