Section 11: Verification of Character

These regulations may be called the Maharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regul…State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2016

All appointments on regular basis shall be subject to verification of the character and antecedents as may be decided by the Authority from time to time :

Provided such verifications shall not be applicable in case of candidates who are already in the employment of Government or public sector organizations prior to joining the Authority.
