Section 4: Constitution of Agricultural Tribunals

The Tripura Agricultural Workers Act,1986State Act of Tripura · Act 9 of 1986

(1) The Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, constitute for any area specified therein an Agricultaral Tribunal for the purpose of performing the functions of the Agricultural Tribunal under this Act. :

(2) An Agricultural Tribunal shall consist of a sole member, who shall be an officer not below the rank of Deputy Collector, appointed by the Government.
