Section 10: Pass for import, export or transport

The Tripura Excise Act, 1987State Act of Tripura · Act 12 of 1987

(1) No intoxicant exceeding such Quantity as the State Government may prescribe by notification either generally or for any specified local area, shall be imposed exported or transport, except under a pass ;

(2) The pass required by Sub-section (1) may be granted by the Collector ;

(3) Such pass may be either general for definite period and particular kind of intoxicants, or special for specified occasions and particular consignments only.
