Section 14: Withdrawal of nomination

Tripura Veterinary Council Rules 2000State Rules of Tripura · 1984

(1) Any candidate may withdraw his candidature by notice in writing signed by him and delivered tu the Returning Officer before the date fixed' under Sub-rule I (b), of Rule-IO.

(2) A candidate who has writhdrawn his candidature shall not be allow ed to cancel the withdrawal or to be re-nominated as a candidate for the same election.
