The State Veterinary Council shall maintain the State Veternary Register of Tripura in Form VIII containing the names of the persons 12 .I , I . J possessing the recognised Veterinary qualifications and registered with the State Veterinary Council including:
{a) nationality and residentialaddress of the registered persons:
(b) the date of hts admission 'in the State Vete~i~l!ry Register :,
(c) .his qualification for registration. ..." .
.(d) the dates on which he obtained such qualification -
(e) the authority which conferred it.
(0 his professic nal address; and
(g) such further particulars as may be relevant.
30. Application for registration and registration Iees r-
(1) Every person who holds a recognised Veterinary Qualification and who desires his name to be registered with the State Veterinary Council shall apply to Registration Tribunal/Registrar, as the case may be. in Form IX duly filled in and signed by himself.
(2) Every such application shall be accompanied by fee Rs. 2S-(twenty five) as per postal order.
(3) On the entry of a person's name in the State Veterinary Council-Register. the Registrar shall iss ue to him a certificate of registration in Form X.
