Section 31: Renewal fee for registration

(1) Any person desiring to retain his name in the State Veterinary Register shall pay to the State Veterinary Council in every five years a registration renewal fee of Rs. IS-before the l st day of April of the year in which his registration renewal falls due.

(2) Where the renewal fee is not paid within the period mentioned in sub-rule (1) the defaulter's name shall stand removed from the register and shall be registered to it only after th e payment of renewal fee with fine which shall be Rs. 15- (fifteen) for everyone month or part thereof.

32. Cost of the State Veterinary Council Register r-

(1) A person may apply, on payment of Rs. 10 for a copy of State Veterinary Register.

33. Transfer ~f Registration r- (I) A registered veterinary practitioner of one State/Union Territory practicing veterinary medicine in Tripara may apply for the transfer of his name, in Form XI, from the register o" the State/Union Territory wh~re he is registered to the register of the Tripura where he is practicing.

(2) The application for such transfer shall be accompanied by a fee of Rs. 15- (fifteen).
