Section 1: Short title, and commencrment

UGC (Furnishing of information by Universities) Rules, 2015Central Rules · 1956

(l) These rules may be called University Grants Commission (Furnishing of Information by Universities) Rule!,, 2Cl5.

(2) They shall apply •o every university established or incorporated by or under a Central Act, a Provincial Act, a State Act and every iustituticm declared as deemed to be University under ~ec:tion 3 of the University Grants Commission Act, I 956.

(3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
