Section 47

The Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Market Committees (Centralised) Services Regulations, 1984State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 1964

(1) No pension shall be payable to a member of the Contralised Service.

(2) The members of the Centralised Service shall contribute to Provident Fund in accordance with the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act and the regulations made therounder.

(3) The Provident Fund Accounts of the members shall be maintained in accordance with such instructions as may be issued by the Director from time to time,

(4) Employees covered by the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972 will be paid gratuity according to the provisions of that Act, for employees who are not covered by the said Act, payment of gratuity shall be regulated by the decisions of the Board taken from time to time within the limitation of the general direction or guidelines issued by the State Government.

Regulation of other other matter.

48. In regard to the matters not specifically covered by these tegulations or by other special orders, person appointed to the centralised service shall be governed by the rules, regulations, instructions and orders applicable generally to Government servants serving in connection with the affairs of the State of Uttar Pradesh.

(2) In regard to the matters specifically covered or deemed to be specifically covered by these regulations or by special orders, for other details and further provisions in connections therewith not contained these regulations or other special orders, persons appointed to the centralised service shall be governed by the rules, regulations, instructions and orders applicable generally to Government servants serving in connec-tion with the affairs of the State of Uttar Pradesh.

Relaxation from the conditions of service

49. Notwithstanding anything contained in these regulations, where the Board is satisfied that the operation of any of service of persons appointed to the service causes undue hardship in any of any regulation regulating the conditions particular case, it may, with the previous approval of the State Government, by order, dispense with or relax the requirements of that regulation to such extent and subject to such additions as it may consider necessary for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner.
