The Uttar Pradesh Agricultural Produce Markets Board (Officers and Staff Establishment) Regulations, 1984State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 1964

(1) The appointing authority shall determine the number of vacancies, in all the classes A, B, C and D, to be filled during the course of the year as also the number of vacancies to be reserved for candidates belonging to scheduled castes, scheduled tribes and other categories under regulation 8.

1[(2) (a) The vacancies in Group 'B' shall be filled through the Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission, Allahabad.

(b) Vacancies of Group 'C' (will be filled through Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission.

(c) In case the above mentioned Service Commissions are dissolved or cease to exist or there are some exigencies, the selection process shall be conducted by the Mandi Parishad or other institutions with the approval of the State Government.
