(1) No pension shall be payable to an employee of the Board
(2) The employees serving under the Board shall contribute to provident fund in accordance with the provisions of the Employees Provident Fund Act and the rules made there-under or the General provident fund rules as may be applicable to them.
1[ (3) Payment of gratuity to Board employees shall be such as may be decided from time to time by the board keeping in view of the general directions or guidelines issued by the State Government from time to time.]
Leave
26. Subject to the directions of the Board, grant of leave to the employees of the Board shall be as per rules applicable to State Government employees.

Conduct.
27. Provision of Government servant conduct rules applicable to State Government employees shall mutatis mutandis apply to the employees of Board.

28. In relation to disciplinary proceedings appeals and representations against punishment the Uttar Pradesh Government Servant (Appeals and disciplinary proceedings) Rules 1999, applicable to the employees of the State Government shall mutatis mutandis apply to the employees of the Board.
Regulation of other matter,
29. In regard to the matters not specifically covered by these regulations or by. Special orders, persons appointed to the service of the Board shall be governed by the rules, regulations, instructions and orders applicable generally to Government servants serving in connection with the affairs of the State of Uttar Pradesh.
(2) In regard to the matters specifically-covered or deemed to be specifically covered by these regulations or by special orders, for other details and further provisions in connection therewith not contained in these regulations or other special orders, persons apроinted to the service of the Board shall be governed by the rules, regulations, instructions and orders applicable generally to Government servants serving in connection with the affairs of the State of Uttar Pradesh. 30. Not with standing anything contained in these regulations, where the Board satisfied that the operation of any regulation regulating the conditions of service of persons appointed to the service causes undue hardship in any particular case, it may, with the previous approval of the State Government, by order, dispense with or relax the requirements of that regulation to such extent and subject to such additions as it may consider necessary for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner.
