Section 4: Removal of member

Uttar Pradesh Board of Secondary Sanskrit Education Act, 2000State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 32 of 2000

The State Government may remove from the board member other than an ex.....-member, who in its opinion , has so flagrantly abused his position as such as men render his continuance on the Board detrimental to the public interest;

Provided that the State Government shall, before removing a member as give him an opportunity of explanation and shall place on record reasons for his.....
