A second fee shall be leviable . for reinspealon of a detective boiler and also in cases of registration where iftwInspectlist of a boiler is begun, but owing to the faults or neglect of the owner or person in charge is not completed within a period of six months from ihe date of commencement of inspection.

A second lee shall be leviable for the inspection or registration of a boiler or steam pipe if the owner, who has already been intimated the date of inspection' fails to inform the Chief Inspector of Boilers, UP, Kanpur, at least three days before the date fixed for the change of the date.
