Section 265: Notice of meeting and list of business

(1) Ordinarily fifteen days' notice shall be given to the members of a proposed meeting.

Gazette Extraordinary, Part 4, Section (Ka) dt. 23.8.2017. Prior to omission it stood as under: (a) The Board may with the prior concurrence of the State Government, appoint an officer of the Government not below the rank of a Deputy Labour Commissioner as Secretary of the Board.

Subsitution by Notification No. 1155/36-2-2024-10(G)/2017 Lucknow, Date: 05th July, 2024, published in the U.P. Gazette Extraordinary, Part 4, Section (Ka) dt. 23.8.2017. Prior to substitution it stood as under: (b) The Board may with the prior concurrence of the State Government, appoint an officer of the Indian Administrative Service not below the rank of Special Secretary as Secretary of the Board.
