Section 6: Bar of appeals from decrees or orders In suits under section 4

Uttar Pradesh Cantonments (Control of Rent and Eviction) Ordinance, 1952Ordinance · 1952

No appeal shall lie from any decree or order of the munsiff, the civil judge or the district judge, as the case may be, in a suft brought under sub-section (4) of section 4:

Provided that the decree or order so passed (except in so far as it relates to the amount of rent) shall not operate as res judicata between the parties or their representatives in interest in any suit or proceeding under any other law.
