(1) Before the issue of notification under Rule 5, the Returning Officer shall cause to be prepared a list of the persons who are members for the time being, of the Zila Panchayat and give public notice of the same by having an authentic copy of the list affixed each at his office, and on the Notice Board of the Zila Panchayat. ’
(2) The Returning Officer may at any time before the commencement of the poll make such corrections in the list as may be occasioned by any changes in the mennlbership or upon discovery of any error in the list whether upon the consid- eration of any claim or abjection to the inclusion of any name made by any per- son or otherwise; .
Provided that'no name included in the list shall be deleted therefrom with- out prior notice to such person of the i ivi i :

(2) The notification paper shall be signed by the candidate himgej¢ assenting to the nomination and also by one member as proposerr and athh_er member 5q seconder. :
(3) Where a’candidate seeks election to a seat reserYed for the Schedyle, q Casts or the Back ward Classes, there shall accompany with the nominatjop, paper a declaration subscribed by him stating that he is a {ne.mber of the_ Schedu]ed Castes or the Backward classes as the case may be, specifying the Particular caste to which he belongs. : .
(4) A nomination paper filed after the las_t hour mentioned in sub-rule a shall forthwith be rejected by the Returning Officer. o 1[7-A.
