Section 36: Transparency Systems

The Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 13 of 2019

(1) It shall be the duty of the Appropriate Authorities in the area of their jurisdiction to create an effective and citizen-friendly transparency.

(2) The minimum content, periodicity, and other details of the information to be put out p roactively.

(3) All requests for information within a district shall be fulfilled within reasonable period.
