Section 37: Duties of proactive disclosure

The Uttar Pradesh Ground Water (Management and Regulation) Act, 2019State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 13 of 2019

(1) The Appropriate Authorities with respect to the area of their jurisdiction shall proactively disclose information.

(2) It shall be the duty of the appropriate body to disseminate the records in such a manner that any person can understand the information easily. This obligation shall also include the dissemination of information in a consolidated and summarized form.
