Section 27: Relaxation in the conditions of service

GROUP C SERVICE REGULATION 2005 (English)State Regulations of Uttar Pradesh · 1960

Where the Board is satisfied that the operation of any regulation regulating the conditions of service of a person or persons appointed to the service causes undue hardship in any particular case, it may, notwithstanding anything contained in the regulations applicable to the case with the previous approval of the Government, by order, dispense with or relax the requirements of that regulations to such extent and subject to such conditions as it may consider necessary for dealing with the case in a just and equitable manner.
