Section 3A: Removal of member

The Intermediate Education Act, 1921State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 2 of 1921

[3-A. The State Government may remove from the Board a member who in its opinion has so flagrantly abused his position as such member as to render his continuance on the Board detrimental to the public interest ;

Provided that the State Government shall before removing a member as aforesaid give him an opportunity of explanation and shall place on record reasons for his removal. ]
