The budget estimates of each financial year. (i,e. the following financial year) shall be prepared and laid before the Board by the first day of :December each year in Form No.5. An authenticate copy of the budged, as approved by the Board shall be forwarded to the state Government before the 15th January after making such amendments and alterations as it considers necessary.
