Section 10: Register of investments

The Uttar Pradesh Labour Welfare Fund Rules, 1972State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1965

A record of all investment shall be maintained in a register of investment in Form No.7, each entry therein shall be attested by the Accounts Officer or such other officer of the Board as may be authorized by the Labour Welfare Commissioner.

Government security shall b kept distinct shall be kept distinct from other investments.
