The Board, while inviting claims by the employees or their legal representatives for payment due to them out of unpaid accumulation paid to the Board, shall issue notice to the employees or other legal representatives containing particulars as prescribed in Annexure II which shall also be published in the manner laid down in subsection (4) of Section 6 of the Act.
