All loans which are borrowed under Section 14 of the Act and are received by the Board shall be recorded in a register of loans in Form No. 6 each instalment of the loan as it is taken being recorded in Column 4. Each entry of the register shall be attested by the Accounts Officer. A separate page shall be allotted for each loan and loans from Government shall be kept distinct from other sources.
