Section 9: Officer of the University

Uttar Pradesh Maharishi University of Information Technology Act, 2001State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 31 of 2001

9. The following shall be the officers of the University :-

(a) the Chancellor ;

(b) the Vice-Chancellor ;

(d) the Deans of Faculties ;

(e) the Registrar ;

(f) the Finance Officer ; and

(g) such other officers as may be declared by the Statutes to be officers of the University.
