Section 11: Cash receipts and vouchers

The Uttar Pradesh Milk Rules,1976State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1976

(i) A cash receipt as prescribed by the Board shall have to be issued for all moneys received in cash on behalf of the Board by the Officers authorised to receive such moneys.

(ii) All receipts of the Board shall, without undue delays, be paid in full in the account of the Fund in the branch of the authorised local bank.

(iii) Proper acquittance/vouchers shall be maintained for all the disbursements made out of the Fund.
