Section 10: Submission of other statements

The official(s) referred to in Rules 8 and 9 above shall—

(a) submit to the Board or to such other authority as the Board may, from time to time, direct such other statements, reports 10 and returns in such form and manner as may be directed by the Board;

(b) submit to the Board for each year within such time as may be specified by the Board, a statement of verification of cash and stock (as at the close of the year) conducted in the manner, if any, laid down by the Board;

(c) the official (s) referred to in Rules 8 and 9 above shall maintain a cash book for recording all the cash transactions.
