Section 89: Meeting of Executive Committee, etc.

89. (1) The Executive Committee, [the Development Committee, the Ward Committees] and any other Committee referred to in sub-section (1) may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition made in writing by not less than one-fourth of the total number of members of the Committee, call a meeting of the Committee. (2) The Chairman or in the absence of the Chairman the ViceChairman of any Committee referred to in sub-section (1) may, whenever he thinks fit, and shall, upon a requisition made in writing by not less than one-fourth of the total number of members of the Committee, call a meeting of the Committee.
