Section 1110: Lists for Zila Panchayat and publication of lists

Uttar Pradesh Panchayat (Determination and Publication of Number of Persons Belonging to Backward Classes) Rules, 1994State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1947

(1) The District Magistrate shall satisfy himself of the correctness of the lists sent to him under Rule 8 and on the basis of such lists, get a list compiled for the territorial area of the Zila Panchayat.

(2) The District Magistrate shall send the lists sent to him under Rule 8 together with the list compiled under sub-rule (1) to the Director, Panchayat Raj, Uttar Pradesh, and shall also get them published in the Gazette.]

11. Power of the State Government to issue directions.—The State Government may issue such directions as it may deem fit for proper performance of work and safe custody of records prepared under these rules.
