Uttar Pradesh Panchayat Raj (Oath of Pradhan, Up-Pradhan, Panch, Sarpanch, Assistant Sarpanch and Member of Gram Panchayat) Rules, 1994State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1947

Every Pradhan, Up-Pradhan, member of a Gram Panchayat and every Panch, Sahayak Sarpanch and Sarpanch of a Nyaya Panchayat shall, as soon as may be, after the Constitution of the Gram Panchayat or Nyaya Panchayat, as the case may be, an oath in the form appended to these rules the Khand Vikas Adhikari, Assistant Development Officer, Tehsildar, Naib-Tahsildar or any other officer appointed by the District Magistrate in this behalf.
