Section 26: Finance Committee The Uttar Pradesh Police and Forensic Science University Act, 2020 State Act of Uttar Pradesh · Act 4 of 2020
26. (1) The Finance Committee shall consist of,
(i) the Vice-Chancellor – the Chairperson of the Committee;
(ii) the Director of Research and Development – Member;
(iii)the Directors of the University – Member;
(iv) Finance Officer – Member Secretary;
(v) two members of the Board (one of which shall be nominated by the State Government nominee); – Members;
(vi) one Professor, by rotation, to be nominated by the Board.
(2) The Finance Officer shall be the Secretary of the Committee.
(3) The term of office of the members nominated under clause (vi) shall be three years.
