In case, an appeal is filed under Sub-section (2) of Section 15 of the Act before the Controlling Authority against the refusing, granting or cancelling the development permit or the building permit as the case may be a fee equal to fifty per cent of the fee required for the development permit or the building permit shall be paid allongwith the memorandum of appeal.
