Section 290: Preliminary statement of anticipated excesses and savings

THE UTTAR PRADESH STAMP RULES 1942 (As Amended)State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1899

The Board of Revenue shall submit to the State Government in the Finance Department a preliminary statement of anticipated excesses and savings in Form A (being Form No. 40, Appendix B). This statement should reach the Finance Department not later than 25th November each year.

Only those items in which any excesses or savings are anticipated should be shown in the statement. If there are no such items a blank statement should be submitted.
