Section 291: Final statement of anticipated excesses and savings

THE UTTAR PRADESH STAMP RULES 1942 (As Amended)State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1899

On 15th January each year the Board of Revenue shall submit to the State Government in the Finance Department a final statement of anticipated excesses and savings in Form 13 (being Form No. 41, Appendix B).

Savings ascertained after the despatch of the above statement shall be separately reported to the Finance, Department as soon as they are known.
