Section 30: Declaraon of disqualicaon (Secons 13(2), 40(2)(1) and 40(2)(xxxi-a)

If at any me the Board aer such inquiry as it considers necessary and aer giving reasonable opportunity to the member concerned to submit an explanaon in respect of the allegaons against him, is sasedthat any member of a Mandi Sami elected or nominated under these rules.

(a) was subject to any of the disqualicaons menoned in Rule 5-A on the date of his elecon or nominaon; or

(b) hasincurredanyohedisqualicaonsmenonedinRule 5-Aaerhiseleconornominaon,or

(c) has ceased to be a member of a Local Body or a Co-operave Markeng Society of which he is a representave;

it shall declare the elecon or nominaon of such member invalid and such person shall cease to be member of the Mandi Sami from the date of such declaraon.

31. Filling of casual vacancies in the Mandi Sami [Secons 15 and 40(2)(2)] —The manner of lling a vacancy under Secon 15 shall be the same as that for elecon or nominaon as the case may be, under these rules.

32. Expenditure in connecon with or incidental to elecon of Mandl Sami [Sections 13(2), 19(3)(3), 40(2)(1) and 40(2)(xxxi-a)]—The Director may place adequate fund at the disposal of the Director of Elecons to meet theexpenditurein connecon with orincidentaltotheelecon oheMandiSamifromBoard'sFund and for thispurpose he may 33 THE UTTAR PRADESH KRISHI UTPADAN MANDI NIYAMAWALI-1965 requirethe Mandl Sami to contribute itsshare to the extend determined by him.
