Subjecoanydireconsgivenby the Director of Elecons or by a Competent Court or by an authority hearing an elecon peon—

(a) theeleconreturnandreportmenonedinRule25-Bshallberetainedunltheconclusionohe next elecon of the Mandl Sami; and

(b) all other papersrelangto the elecon shall beretained for a periodofoneyear from the dateof declaraon of result.
