As soon as may be, aer the publicaon of lists of voters under sub-rule (9) or sub-rule (10) of Rule 7, the District Elecon Ocer, shall subject to the direcons of the Director of Elecons call upon the constuencies to elect their representaves to the Mandi Sami.
