Section 3: Notice of election

For purpose of electing the members of the State Council under sub-section (1) of section 32, the clause (a) of 16 State Government shall, publish a notice in local news papers for the information of all the Veterinary practitioners registered in the State Veterinary register in respect of the expected date of election.

4, Preparation of the electoral roll.~As soon as may be after publication of the notice under subrule (1), the Registrar shall prepared the electoral roll mentioning there in the name and address of all the Veterinary practitioners register.
