Section 5: Publication of the electoral roll

The Registrar shall publish the electoral roll prepared under sub-rule (2) and make available a copy, thereof, for inspection by displaying in the office of the State Veterinary Council. .

6. Claim and objections~Every claim for inclusion of the name in the electoral roll and every objection to an entry there in shall be lodged within a period of thirty days from the date of publication of the electoral roil under rule in Form I and If respectively.
