T) the following members, namely :—

(i) Hon’ble Minister of Labour, Uttar Pradesh—Chairman. - (i The Labour Welfare Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh—Vice: Chairman, he Advisory Committee shall consist of (#i) The Secretary to Government, Uttar Pradesh, Labour Depart- ment.

(i) The Joint Secretary to Government, U, P, Industries Branch. (o) The Cane Commissioner, Uttar Pradesh.

(v) The Chiel Engineer, Public Works Department, Uttar Pradesh, Buildings and Roads Branch,

(vii) Six representatives of the owners of sugar and power alcohol factories to be nominated by the State Government.

(vifi) Six representatives of workmen to be nominated by the State Government.
