Section 4-G: Filling of vacancies

4-G. If, for any reason a vacancy occurs in the office of the Presiding Officer of a Labour Court or Tribunal, the State Government shall appoint any other person in accordance with the provisions of this Act to fill the vacancy, and the proceedings may be continued before the Labour Court or Tribunal, as the case may be, from the stage at which the vacancy is filled.
