Notwithstanding anything contained in these rules or in the rules regarding condition of service of the Housing Commissioner, the Housing Commissioner appointed as Adhyaksh in addition to his own duties shall receive such of the facilities mentioned in sub-rules (1) and (2) of Rule 3 as the State Government may, in each case specify in this behalf.
