Section 5: Allowances to members or the Board

The members of the Board shall receive travelling and daily allowances for their journeys in connection with the meeting of the Board as admissible to Government Officers of the first class, provided that the members of the Boards who are also members but of the Vidhan Sabha or Vidhan Parishad, shall not draw any railway fare but shall draw daily allowance and incidental charges only when they are not entitled to draw the same from Government.
