Section 14: Bar to payment in certain cases

The UP Basic Education Provident Fund Rules, 1975State Rules of Uttar Pradesh · 1972

(1) The Board may, in the case of an employee dismissed from service, withhold all or any part of the contribution made by the Board to his account together with the interest accrued thereon.

(2) Any amount withheld under sub-rule (1) shall be withdrawn from the Provident Fund amount and credited to the Basic Education Fund.
