The Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 6 of 2005

(1) The Chairman or Vice Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of the Authority shall exercise such powers and discharge such duties as may by assigned to them by this Act or the regulations made thereunder.

(2) The member Secretary shall be the Chief Executive officer of the Authority;

he may be assisted by Additional Chief Executive Officer who shall be appointed by the Authority.
