The Uttarakhand River Valley (Development and Management) Act, 2005State Act of Uttarakhand · Act 6 of 2005

(1) Subject to such conditions as may be prescribed, the Authority may appoint such other officers and employees as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions provided in making such appointment the Government orders inforce at the time of such recruitment shall be complied with.

(2) The terms and conditions of the service of the officers and employees referred to in sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by the regulations.
