Uttarakhand Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2016Central Rules · 2014

(1)- Notwithstanding anything conts.ined in any other law for the time being in force, no street vendor who carries on the street vending activities in accordance with the tenns and conditio11s of his certificate of vending shall be prevented from exercising such rights by any person or police or any other authority exercising powers under any other law for the time being in force.

(2)- Town Vending Committee/ Urban Local Body shall not collect any kind of fees from street vendors under contcact.
